EMI TRNKA

EMI (22) is a singer/songwriter and producer based in Sarajevo. Currently she is a student at the Music Academy in Sarajevo studying classical piano. She presents her modern fusion style, with her soft vocals and electro pop sound. Her first EP “P.S.” contains three songs:

“losing myself to you"

“break my heart”

“P.S.”

Mix & master of this EP was done by her father, producer and guitarist MUKI.

SHORT BIOGRAPHY

CLASSICAL BACKGROUND

Emi Trnka started her early music studies at the elementary music school in Sarajevo. After 6 year elementary music education, she finished high school of music in Sarajevo studying classical piano for another 4 years. During her education she won notable awards in the classical piano and composition competition disciplines. Currently she is studying at the Music academy in Sarajevo, majoring in classical piano.

During summer of 2022 she finished a summer programme for film music composition in Utrecht, and is planinng to enrolment to do a second major in composition.

POP MUSIC

So far Emi has released 7 singles and one EP. She writes music lyrics and produces her music material. Also, she closely collaborates with her father Muhamed Trnka, producer, songwriter and guitarist based in Sarajevo.

She performed her music on several festivals, most recent are TAKT festival, Javorwood festival.
